Hey everyone! Happy aaaaaaalmost weekend! The song this week is a bit different. It was introduced to me roughly a million years ago by a dear friend who has a very good ear for things that are interesting and a very good eye for colors and textures and other artsy things. (Come to my apartment and I can show you some of her work...or let's all get together and tell her to come back from Chicago forever!)
So it's Tender Forever. (Great name.) The song is called "The Magic of the Crashing Stars." (ANOTHER great name.) It's adorable and light, and yet strangely gratifying and filling. I have a hard time putting my finger on what has attracted me to this song year after year...but it could be the fact that it's just a good song that is worth listening to.
