Holiday Links!

I spend most of my holidays at my parents' house in Connecticut. I am never lazier than when I am there. If you're anything like me, maybe you'll enjoy these articles and things!

I just took a week off facebook and instagram, and in general tried to lessen my amount of screentime, so there aren't too many things here.

Oh and, I hope you have a happy Thanksgiving lined up!

The Great Discontent - Molly Crabapple
I need to get into these interviews more. They're great. This one is with a visual artist who has been delving into more and more political art over the last handful of years.

Slate - Amy Webb
This is old news, but I just found out about it. This woman did all this data-analysis to find herself a husband online. I don't know why I find the story to be so intriguing, but I have listened to an interview with her, read this excerpt from her book, and watched her TED talk. I would not recommend that you do that, as they all have all the same information (down to some of the same jokes).

Design Matters - Tina Roth Eisenberg
This is a podcast! It's an interview with the woman that runs Swiss Miss. I liked how so much of what she does seems to just erupt out of her enthusiasm.
*Note: I am newly obsessed with this podcast.
